A former Col. Zadok Magruder student and 2012 graduate, Deadra Monique Wellington Brown, tragically lost her life in an automobile accident.  Deadra was a good student and wonderful person who was very much involved in extracurricular activities. Her tragic and untimely death has left her family deeply saddened as well as in need. The family is seeking help with burial expenses, which are quite high. They have reached out to the community in the form of a “Go Fund Me” website. That website is listed below. The family would greatly appreciate any donations from our very caring community.
