Hello and welcome to Ashburton Elementary School. In order to register and enroll your student into our school system, please use link (https://bit.ly/MCPS_Registration_Survey)

While school is closed during the COVID-19 crisis, MCPS is doing the registration for us and then forwarding the information to the school. You will be able to enroll a child for the remainder of the 2020 school year or preregister for the 2020-21 school year, including for incoming kindergarten students. The registration survey link will gather basic contact information so you will be provided with the necessary information you will need to register your student(s) into MCPS during the COVID-19 crisis. Please be aware that the registration/enrollment process will take a little longer than normal as we navigate these unusual times.

Once we have received the enrollment paperwork through a secure drop box, an Ashburton office staff member will contact you to welcome you to the school or ask for additional information. We look forward to meeting you and your child(ren). Once the stay-at-home order is lifted, we will, if possible, schedule small meetings and tours of the school. Parents of children grades one through five will need to provide a transcript or report card from the previous school when it is available. We also understand that health records made be delayed from your child’s pediatrician. Children being enrolled for the current school year will be able to get started with distance learning once enrolled.

We are always excited each spring to meet our in-coming students and wish we could do that in person now; however, we are committed to making sure your transition to Ashburton for this spring or for next fall is as smooth as possible.
