What's New  (updated 2/5/20)

-On February 13th the Varsity Girls Volleyball team will visit Annapolis, Maryland to be honored by both the Maryland House of Delegates and the Maryland Senate.  The team is being honored for their 25-0 state championship season.  Photos will be posted after the visit!  (2/5/20)


-Wall of Honor page update (12/5/19)


-The Washington Post released their annual All-Met teams.  Four Colonels were honored as being among the top of their peers in the DC area.  Senior outside hitters Maya Scott and Kaliyah Moss were both named 1st team All-Met.  This is the first time in school history two players earned 1st team All-Met honors in the same season.  Junior libero Alex Campero was named All-Met Honorable Mention.  Finally, Head Coach Scott Zanni was named the DC area All-Met Coach of the Year.   Visit the media page for the link!

- The MCPS Coaches released their All-County teams and 5 Varsity players earned All-County honors.  Congratulations to the following Colonels.  Maya Scott has been named the 2019 Player of the Year,  She is only the 3rd player in school history to earn this honor.  Kaliyah Moss earned 1st team All-County honors for a record third straight season.  Senior Tonessa Jhingory was named 2nd-team All-County as a setter.  Junior Alex Campero was also named 2nd team All-County as a libero.  Senior Sarah Schaupp was named Honorable Mention All-County as a middle hitter.  Visit the media page!  (12/5/19)

-Maya Scott has been named to the American Volleyball Coaches Association All-Region Team.  The All-Region team is top 25 volleyball players for Region 2 in the United States.  This includes Maryland, Washington DC, Delaware, Virginia, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  This is an amazing honor naming Maya one of the top players in the country.  Congratulations to Maya!!! Congratulations to seniors Kaliyah Moss and Maya Scott for being named to the Under Armour/American Volleyball Coaches Association All-American watch list.  The list was released on 8/31/19 and honors several hundred seniors who are now eligible for post season All-American awards.
