Spring Picture and Yearbook Update

SPRING PICTURES INFORMATION

Due to school closures, we were unable to send the spring picture proofs with students.  If you have not ordered a spring picture package, there is still time to order a package.  Order deadline is Sunday, May 31, 2020.  Please visit: www.vosphoto.com/kingsview.  Parents will need a valid e-mail address and the student’s MCPS student ID number. 

  • Click on the “Order 2020 Spring Portraits Now” button.
  • Enter your e-mail address and the online code (MCPS student ID number).
  • Click on the thumbnail of the image it to enlarge it.
  • Click on the “Buy now” button to place an order.
  • A $7 shipping fee will be applied.  The package will be mailed directly to the student’s home.

NOTES:

  • Orders placed after June 1 will be mailed to the school.  An onsite distribution event will be planned and announced as soon as social distancing guidelines are lifted enough where it is safe to do so.  This event is anticipated to take place in June or July. Therefore, we highly encourage for parents to order online by Sunday, May 31 and have the package shipped directly to your home. 
  • Grade 6 and 7 parents who pre-paid for a picture package should have received a separate e-mail with important information.  Grade 8 parents will be given End-of-Year information in a separate e-mail.

LAST CALL - YEARBOOK SALE

If you have not ordered a yearbook, there is still time to order your copy.  If you would like to purchase a yearbook, please click here.  Order deadline is Sunday, May 31, 2020.  You can choose the “Ship to Home” option on new orders.  Due to school closures, we wanted to ensure that students had a choice in how they would receive their yearbook. Since we cannot set a firm pick up date, Jostens was able to create a shipping option for any new or existing order. 

You have the choice to:

  1. SHIP TO SCHOOL: This is the current default option for all orders.  
  1. SHIP TO HOME: You can now choose to add a $8 shipping cost in order to have books delivered to your personal home address. This shipping option can be added to any new or existing order. 
    • Shipping can be added by visiting www.Jostens.com
    • We made a special video highlighting how to add shipping to a NEW or EXISTING order. View the video  HERE.
    • We encourage parents to order shipping soon, it will only be offered until Sunday, May 31, 2020.
    • Unfortunately, we can only apply shipping individually, we cannot "group" multiple books together due to the late notice in shipping change. So, for instance, if you ordered 3 books, we cannot sort and group your 3 books together, they would ship separately.

If you choose the“ship to home” option for an existing order, PLEASE COMPLETE THIS ADDRESS CONFIRMATION form so that we can ensure Jostens sends your book to the correct address. We want to take this vital step to ensure accuracy in all reporting.
