Request to Change Student Learning Model Preference
Please ONLY fill out this form if you are requesting a change from the parent survey OR if you are newly enrolled to Tilden. Your original parent preference response can be viewed in ParentVUE by clicking "Student Info" from the left navigation menu. Students will be able to come back for in-person instruction based on availability. Students will be waitlisted and parents will be informed should a space become available.
