Second Quarter Materials Distribution
On Monday, November 23rd: Kindergarten, Grade 1 and Grade 3 families can pick up quarter 2 instructional materials between, 12:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
On Tuesday, November 24th: Grade 4 and Grade 5 families can pick up instructional materials between, 12:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
To facilitate the distribution process:
• We will follow all social distancing guidelines. Distribution will take in the lower parking lot. Please follow the cones. Drive-up parents and students must remain in their vehicle.
• For Grades Kindergarten, 1 and 3 students, please write your child’s grade level on a sheet of paper that can be seen by staff.
• For Grades 4 and 5, please write your child’s math course on a sheet of paper visible to staff’
• Walk-up families are to follow the cones and maintain the recommended 6 feet of separation.
• Both drive-up and walk-up item retrieval will be touchless.
