Instrumental Music
Fourth and fifth grade students have the opportunity to learn how to play band and orchestra instruments here at Garrett Park! Lessons are once per week for thirty minutes of small group instruction. Instruction is free and occurs during the school day on a pull-out schedule.
We will learn the fundamentals of playing an instrument, and perform in a winter and spring concert for family and friends to enjoy.
After elementary school, students can continue their instrumental music studies in middle and high schools.
