MCPS Band & Orchestra Concerts

2023 MCPS Band & Orchestra Gala Concert

The 2023 MCPS Band & Orchestra Gala Concert will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at Richard Montgomery HS. Admission is free. Come out to hear some the best instrumental music talent that MCPS has to offer! 

• Junior Honors Band performs at 6:30 p.m.
• Junior Honors Orchestra performs at approximately 7:10 p.m.
• Senior All-County Orchestra performs at approximately 7:50 p.m.
• Senior Honors Band performs at approximately 8:40 p.m.

Middle School All-County Band & Orchestra Concerts

The 2023 MCPS Middle School All-County Band & Orchestra concerts will be held February 7-9, 2023. The MCPS Fine Arts Office sponsors 6 different ensembles across 3 regions of the county, with representation from all 40 MCPS middle schools. Each concert will be about one hour in length.

• The North Band & Orchestra Concert will be on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. at Seneca Valley HS.
• The Southeast Band & Orchestra Concert will be on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. at Albert Einstein HS.
• The Southwest Band & Orchestra Concert will be on Thursday, February 9, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. at Walter Johnson HS.
