2023 Computer Lab Gifting Recipient- The Potomac Chinese School
This year’s computer lab recipient is the Potomac Chinese School, an organization focused on providing Chinese language and cultural education to families throughout Montgomery County. The Potomac Chinese School plans to add to its current curriculum by introducing a new computer hardware and software programming course.
ITF students at Edison High School reconditioned six computers with operating systems, monitors, keyboards, mice, and a printer for the lab. This project provides an opportunity for the ITF students to put into practice their computer maintenance skills, earn student service learning hours, and develop a deeper appreciation for charity and community involvement.
