Reporting Positive Covid-19 Form

If your child attends Diamond ES and tests positive for Covid-19, please report on the MCPS reporting form: MCPS COVID-19 Reporting Form

Your child will then need to quarantine for 5 days starting the day after the positive Covid-19 test or when symptoms started, whichever occurred first. Your child can return to school on day 6 as long as your child is fever free and symptoms are getting better.
