Welcome to our Kindergarten Registration Page! 

Registration for the 2024-25 School Year will begin on March 18.  Children who will be five by September 1, 2024 are eligible.  We encourage you to enroll your child as soon as possible.  Based on MCPS community feedback, current kindergarten classes will not be canceled to hold orientations this year.  We will be offering several opportunities to welcome our incoming students and parents to Beall.  This includes:

• Parent Information Night- Spring Date to be determined
• Building Tours held monthly for Parents only (contact main office for dates/times)
• Open House for incoming kindergarten students to see a kindergarten classroom.  This is an opportunity for parents to bring their incoming kindergartener to tour a classroom.  However, it is not intended to be a time for children to engage in academic activities or play.  This short visit is intended to help students become familiar with the physical environment.

  • June 7- All incoming students and families are then invited to stay for our End of Year Picnic hosted by Beall PTA.
• Summer Playdates hosted by Beall PTA.  Dates to be determined.  
• Back to School Parent Information Night- Thursday, August 22, 2024 (Tentative)
• Annual Back to School Sneak Peek- Friday, August 23, 2024 (Tentative)
• Other activities/events are being considered.

Hello and Welcome Incoming Kindergarten Parents! 

From this page, you should be able to access all information and forms needed to register your child for kindergarten for the 2024-25 school year. In order to register your child to attend Beall ES, s/he must be 5 years old by September 1, 2024, and must live within the school boundaries. Children who turn 5 years old between September 2 and October 15 are eligible to apply for Early Entrance to Kindergarten. If your child will turn 5 years old on or before September 1, 2024, they are eligible to enroll in kindergarten for the 2024-2025 school year.  Kindergarten Registration opens on March 18, 2024.  Required documents and forms can be submitted to the main office (no appointment necessary) or online through ParentVue accounts.  We encourage all parents to register their incoming students as soon as possible.

Current MCPS families 

• With ParentVUE accounts:  Register a child for school by clicking on the Online Registration link in the parent portal. 

• No ParentVUE: You must contact our main office to recieve your activation letter.  

NEW to MCPS families

• Create a ParentVUE account: Online Registration system.
