SMOB Election  Day – April 20, 2022

Our two candidates for the 45th SMOB of the Montgomery County Board of Education are Mr. Ibrahima (Baba) Cisse and Mr. Arvin Kim.  Mr. Ibrahima (Baba) Cisse is a junior at Einstein High School. Mr. Arvin Kim is a junior at Whitman High School.

The SMOB election will be held on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 and voting will take place in wither your English or ESOL class or Advisory period. In order to be an informed voter you will receive the following emails.

  • On April 4, 2022 you will receive an initial email that will serve as a reminder of the upcoming election.
  • On April 8, 2022 you will receive a second email that will include the candidate information, Candidate Profiles, Meet the Candidates Video, and a preview of the ballot.
  • On April 19, 2021, you will receive a follow up email with the links to SMOB candidate information and a preview of the SMOB election ballot and the steps for voting. You will also receive the link to the ballot and your individualized voting credentials. The ballot link will not be open until 7:30 AM on April 20, 2022 and may only be used once.
