Student Code of Conduct 2021-2022
The purpose of the Student Code of Conduct is to promote fairness and equity through clear, appropriate, and consistent expectations for positive behavior. The Student Code of Conduct is a philosophy of discipline, with protocols for appropriate responses when actions are required to remedy and restore an orderly and safe learning environment, focused on teaching and learning. Protocols for addressing student misconduct are aligned with federal and state requirements as
well as Board policies and MCPS regulations.
