Cigna has informed the Employee and Retiree Service Center (ERSC) that Shady Grove Fertility is advising its Cigna-member patients that the healthcare provider may end its contract with Cigna as of May 31, 2024. Negotiations between Cigna and Shady Grove Fertility are underway. ERSC will keep MCPS employees up to date on any developments.
