Attention all BBQ Club members. Shirts are available for pick up in Mrs. Bauer room, 152, during lunch. Please pick up your shirts by Friday.

Homework Club will meet in Room 182 from 2:30pm to 4:00 pm every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons.  Students are welcome to come during these times to work on assignments, seek help or develop improved study habits.

 

Please see Mr. Steinbach in Room 169 if you are interested or have any questions.  Regardless, feel free to just stop by any Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday afternoon

Do you have old shoes you don’t want anymore? Donate them to the Rukundo Shoe Drive, sponsored by NHS.  We are accepting any kind of shoes in any size or condition.  Drop them off in Mrs. Bauer’s Room, 152, during lunch anytime this week.  Thanks!

The Minority Scholars Program will be holding a general membership meeting on Thursday, October 10th, during lunch (11:15-12:00) in Room 249. All members and students who are interested in becoming members are invited to come and learn about our exciting plans for the upcoming school year.

For the month of October, the Wootton Wellness Warriors will be leading a Suicide Awareness and Prevention Campaign.  They are currently organizing a team of Wootton students and staff to participate in the Out of the Darkness Walk in Washington, DC.  This walk will take place on Saturday, November 2nd from 2pm to 6:30pm, and serves to raise funds that support the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.  If you are interested in partaking in the walk or in donating to the cause, keep an eye out for the Wootton Wellness Warriors who will have a table in the commons starting on Monday, October 14th to take sign-ups and donations.  More information to come.  Thank you!
