Course Requests - Locked out!
It has been brought to our attention that some students have been locked out of the course request page. Apparently, there is a glitch in the new Synergy/StudentVUE system that occurs when a student hits “enter” when searching for a course code or course title. When the “enter” button is hit, the student is automatically locked out. To avoid this, please enter just the course code or course title from the registration card and wait for the options to appear and select the correct course to add to your course requests. If you have been locked out of the course request page, please email your counselor or Ms. Rudolph. We can manually unlock your account so you can proceed with selecting your courses for the 2021-2022 school year. If you have previously emailed your counselor and you are still locked out, please email again.
