The Family Involvement Center (FIC) at the Up County Early Childhood Center is a free play-based program in an early childhood classroom setting for child(ren) of all abilities ages birth to 5. FIC’s Parent Educator team collaborates with parents & caregivers using play to build on parenting strengths while enhancing the development of all children.
