    Registration Information

    Due to current circumstances, we will continue Kindergarten - 5th Grade registration process via three different enrollment options.    

    Online: Online Processing – Using Google Form, PDF Fillable Forms and email.  

    MCPS has created an online option via Google with a MCPS Registration Survey, a PDF fillable form.  This form will be the initial document that will allow parents to access the forms which need to be submitted for the enrollment process. Once the survey is completed, the family will submit the completed form and then will receive all the enrollment documents electronically.  Parents can access the registration via the link below: https://bit.ly/MCPS_Registration_Survey  

    Mail: Paper/Mail – Forms are mailed to families who complete them and mail them to a central processing team. The forms are scanned and emailed to the school drop boxes for processing. Parents can call 240-740-5999 to request registration information to be mailed to them.
