    Registration for the upcoming middle school athletics fall season for 7th & 8th grade students: (boys’ and girls’ soccer) will be submitted through the ParentVue Portal, opening on January 29th, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. (noon).

    Students should complete their Physical Form so that the medical eligibility form (last page of SR-8) is ready for online submission via the ParentVue Portal, prior to tryouts/practices.

    This form is valid for two years from the date of the exam and covers participation for all sports within that time period. This form must be completed and/or be on file before a student-athlete can participate.

    Important Forms:

    All three of these forms must be filled out and handed to Mr. Seidman by the first day of try-outs.  Any student that does not have all three forms filled out will not be allowed to participate.
