Physical damage (intentional or accidental) to a device will result in a financial obligation. There is no fee for device malfunction, software issues, or hardware failure.

Once the family pays, they will receive an email receipt. The receipt (printed or on a mobile device) can be submitted by parent, or sent with the student to the student’s school, as proof of payment. If the student attends the Virtual Academy, they should come to the lobby at 45 W. Gude, M-Th, 9am to 12pm. Then a replacement will be issued.
*If they are unable to pay via credit card, please have them email email@example.com with “Cash payment” as the subject line to coordinate a cash payment option. Checks are not accepted.
