    All sixth grade students need two vaccines to enter the 7th grade.  All 7th grade students are required to have a TDP (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis/whooping cough) and MCV (Meningococcal) vaccine in order to begin the school year.  Please bring this documentation to the health room. Click here for a schedule of vacinnation clinics.

    Authorization to Administer Prescribed Medicine 

    The CDC recommends that girls and boys receive two doses of the HPV (Human Papillomavirus) vaccination at 11 or 12 years of age.  It may be received at the same time as the TDP and MCV
