Welcome to Sherwood High School!
Please email/scan or fax the following forms to Ms. Jaime Fuller so she can process your paperwork (see contact info below):
- Copy of student birth/hospital certificate
- Copy of property tax bill/lease
- Copy of immunizations
- Copy of parent driver's license
- Copy of most recent transcript/report card
- Emergency Card
- New Student Information Form
Once Ms. Fuller has your paperwork, she will connect you and the student with his/her counselor. Below are Sherwood's course registration cards. Please look over with the student being enrolled. The counselor will review your student's previous transcript and discuss/assist with signing up for Sherwood's courses.
