Prom

Prom

The Prom is held in May. Junior and Seniors, and their dates, may attend. The event includes refreshments, dancing, and the crowning of the King and Queen at the Prom Court. In addition, students have the opportunity to have their picture taken.

Information about the Prom and After-Prom, along with graduation information, is also provided to parents of Seniors at the Senior Parent Meeting held in the Spring. Parents of Seniors will receive notification of the meeting. Detailed information is also provided to students when they purchase their tickets.

After-Prom

The Event

The After-Prom event, sponsored by the PTSA, is a drug & alcohol-free party following the prom for the students. The purpose of the party is to provide a safe environment with activities, food and prizes as an alternative to other parties. This activity is meant to be more enticing to our students than an evening of possibly engaging in dangerous activities such as drinking, using drugs, or driving under the influence.

Who May Attend

The After-Prom is open to all juniors and seniors regardless of whether they attend the Prom. After-Prom tickets are discounted for students who purchase the ticket with their prom ticket in advance. Tickets may also be purchased at the door with a student ID.
