    Horizon is open during many school holidays, including winter and spring breaks. Horizon opens early on half days to provide care as soon as the school day finishes, and is open all day when MCPS is closed for teacher planning, training, etc. During the summer, Horizon offers a summer camp at the Jackson Road location.
