Programs @ Your Library
Book Wars is a fun and exciting trivia tournament for MCPS middle schools!
RFMS has grade level teams a five students. Teams meet twice monthly during lunch in the library to get to know each other, discuss books, create practice quizzes, and have fun! Book Wars books cover a variety of genres. They are all available to borrow from our school, and approved for middle school readers.
Team members must commit to reading their assigned books, and to attend and participate at meetings.

A Makerspace is a creative, DIY space that provides students the opportunity to collaboratively or independently create, invent, and learn when they visit the Media Center. We want our Media Center to be a place where kids can learn, not only through books, but through hands on activities as well.
