Intramural Sports Program

Welcome to the 2021-2022 Ridgeview Intramural Sports Program, which gives students a great opportunity to socialize, exercise, and capitalize on a physical structured activity program! Intramural sports are open to 6th, 7th, and 8th grader’s. 6th Graders are not eligible for Middle School Sports Teams, but they are encouraged to do intramural sports. There are no tryouts. A willingness to engage in fair competition is the only requirement.

Intramural & Interscholastic Sports

All students are encouraged to participate in one or more after school activity. Except for interscholastic sports teams, limited by MCPS Policy to students in grades 7 and 8 only, all students in grades 6, 7, and 8 are welcome to participate in all other activities.

Students, if you are interested in participating in any sport this year RMS will be using the MCPS recommended process. Using these forms you can select interests in the sports and ask your parent/guardian to help in submitting all the required paperwork in order to participate. You can start this process as soon as you want to in order to get things submitted on time. The links to the forms are below.
