Quince Orchard High School Media Center

The Media Center provides multiple resources, both print and digital, for students and staff to perform efficient and effective research as part of the school’s instructional program. Instruction and guidance in research techniques are provided to help students develop skills in evaluating information allowing them to become engaged lifelong learners.

Print Material

Availability and location of books and eBooks can be found by conducting a search on the Destiny Patron Catalog from both in school and at home.   Regular books may be loaned for two weeks at a time, while Reference or Reserved books are only checked out overnight to ensure their availability for class use during the school day.

Digital Material 

A wide variety of academic databases and eBooks designed and licensed with high school projects in mind are made available in school and at home. 

- In school all may be accessed by logging in to the school’s network and going to the Media Folder (#7) and choosing the Online Resources.
