Middle School Athletics Registration General Information

All students participating in the MCPS middle school interscholastic athletics program must complete the athletics registration process online. Please use the links below to access more information on how to register. 

Fall Registration:

The following information is for 7th and 8th grade students wishing to participate in cross country and softball this fall:

  1. Students must register for Fall sports on ParentVUE. Registration for middle school spring sports will open through ParentVUE on August 20 at noon. Registration is due by September 8th.
  2. Students must have an up-to-date physical on file. Once a physician has completed the  Physical Form you may upload it to ParentVue or email it to Mr. Flanagan at Brendan_T_Flanagan@mcpsmd.org

La siguiente información es para estudiantes de 7º y 8º grado que deseen participar en cross country y softball este otoño.
 
  1. Los estudiantes deben registrarse para los deportes de otoño en ParentVUE. La inscripción para los deportes de primavera de la escuela intermedia se abrirá a través de ParentVUE el 20 de agosto al mediodía. La inscripción debe realizarse antes del 8 de septiembre.
  2. Los estudiantes deben tener un examen físico actualizado en el archivo. Una vez que un médico haya completado el formulario físico, puede cargarlo en ParentVue o enviarlo por correo electrónico al Sr. Flanagan a Brendan_T_Flanagan@mcpsmd.org

To Try Out:

  1. Complete the registration on ParentVue. Please see this video if you need assistance.
  2. Students must have an up to date physical on file. Complete the Pre-Participation Form.
  3. Meet academic standards - must maintain a 2.0 average with no more than one "E" from the previous marking period.
  4. Meet age requirements.
