P.A.L.S. (Peers Available to Listen and Support)
- 5th Grade trained peer mediators
- Demonstrate leadership, self-motivation, responsibility, sensitivity, self-control and fairness
- Available during lunch and recess
- Provide support for younger students
- Assist students in getting along with others
- Help students resolve problem situation
- Help students make friends
Olney benefits greatly from the continued efforts of our PALS. Less conflict at lunch and recess means that everyone gets to have more fun. Helping others is a wonderful example of what it means to be a PAL!
