Nonprofit Distribution Dates
Information from nonprofit organizations may be distributed ONLY if 1) the group provided documentation of nonprofit status; and 2) every flyer to be distributed displays the required disclaimer, which states: "These materials are neither sponsored nor endorsed by the Board of Montgomery County, the superintendent, or this school.
