Membership fees:
$35/student ($70 max per family)
$10/staff member
New this year: $20/Sponsor a student whose family may not otherwise have been able to join the PTA (student/sponsors will remain anonymous)
Join Online (preferred)...
- Go to https://atozconnect.com/
- Click on the LOGIN button at the upper right corner.
- Sign in if you already have an existing account. If you don't have an account yet, click on "Sign up now" and create your account. Your account request will be sent to the PTA. Once the request is approved by the PTA, you will receive an email notification and then can sign into the system.
- Once logged in, click on the drop-down menu at the upper left corner, then choose Store, product. Now you should be able to see different membership purchase options.
- Choose your membership option and complete the purchase!
Join by Mail...
- Mail the filled-out registration form to Lakewood Elementary School PTA, 2534 Lindley Terrace, Rockville, MD 20850.
- Payment methods include check and PayPal to treasurer@lakewoodpta.org
Join by Drop-off ...
- Bring the filled-out registration form and drop off at the front desk or in the PTA mailbox at Lakewood Elementary School.
- Payment methods include check or cash in a sealed envelope. Provide proof of PayPal payment if applicable.
