Visitor Check-In Procedures for End-of-Year Grade Level Activities in June
We look forward to welcoming family members to school for some of our end-of-year activities! With that said, we will follow enhanced security and safety protocols. Please plan to adhere to the following protocols:
- We will begin checking family members in 30 minutes prior to the school event. Family members will enter the school through the main entrance. All activities will be held in classrooms.
- All family members attending will need to show an ID and be listed on the student’s emergency contact list for entry. We are limiting family member attendance to only those listed as an emergency contact.
- Once you are checked in, you will be given a sticker to wear alerting all school team members that you have been checked in. You must wear your sticker at all times while on campus.
- If you do not have a valid ID and/or are not listed as an emergency contact, we will not permit entrance to the school. Please contact the main office, if you need to add someone as an emergency contact.
All Student library books are due on June 5th
Please help your child(ren) look for lost library books. All students who return library books will receive a small prize. Students are competing to see which class returns all of their library books. Class-wide prizes include an ice cream/popsicle party, lunch bunch with Ms. Zeiler, or key chains.
Due to a change in policy we are no longer charging for lost library books. Families can voluntarily pay for lost books or just contact Ms. Zeiler to say the book is lost.
