Important Reminder for 6th Grade Parents
All students entering the 7th grade in the 2018/19 school year must have a Tdap as well as a (mcv) meningococcal meningitis vaccine. These vaccinations are crucial for your child to attend school. Failure to get the vaccinations will result in your child not being allowed to attend school in August.
If your child has already received these vaccinations, please provide an updated immunization record to the Health room as soon as possible.
If your child has not been vaccinated, you are encouraged to contact your health provider as soon as possible to receive the vaccinations and provide an updated immunization record to the Health room as soon as possible.
