    Seal of Biliteracy Fun Fact:

    One purpose of the Seal of Biliteracy is to strengthen cross-cultural communication, affirm the value of diversity and honor the multiple cultures and languages in our communities.

     

    Spring semester is your last chance  to take the movie class before you graduate!

    Register with your counselor for Lit as Film!

    Watch movies. Talk about and analyze them. Learn about camera shots and sound.

    Lit as film can be taken as a semester class! Seniors: register for Film class before it's too late.

     

    Love burgers? Live for fries? Want to support class of 2022? Come to Five Guys in Kensington on Thursday, January 10th from 5-9pm. A percentage of the proceeds will go supporting the class of 2022! See you there!

     

    There will be a meeting of THE CHRISTIAN CLUB, at lunch EVERY Friday  in room 263.  All those interested in the relevance of Christianity are welcome to attend.

    All our welcome to come speak French during the first half of lunch on Fridays in Room 28 for our French conversation club.  All levels of speakers are welcome, from novice to native.

     

     

    Mondays during lunch in Room 28, French Honor Society members are available to help students who are currently taking a French course and want additional support.

    Announcements for Titan TV need to be submitted in Word format to the Titan TV folder on the Staff server.  Please include your sponsor name and the dates you would like your announcement made.  Announcements need to be submitted by 1st Period the DAY BEFORE you would like them aired!   Any questions please contact Mr. Greg Byrd in the Media Center.

    SCHOLARSHIP DEADLINES COMING UP:  

    •The GE Regan Foundation Scholarship  is open to Seniors with a 3.0 GPA  and awards up to $10K till Jan 4th!
    •The Maryland School Counselor Association Scholarship is open seniors attending college and awards $500 till Jan 4th!
    •The Montgomery College Macklin Business Institute and Scholars Program scholarships are open to seniors with a 3.0 GPA, and awards a fully paid tuition till Jan 7th.
