11th graders interested in taking the PSAT?

Dear Class of 2022 Students and Parents,

This is to inform you of the opportunity, as health and safety conditions allow, to take the PSAT on Tuesday, January 26, 2021. This test is usually offered in October but due to COVID-19, College Board is providing high schools across the country with another opportunity to administer the test on this date. Please note that this administration will have the same benefits as the October PSAT/NMSQT, including eligibility for programs administered by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation. ‚ÄčTo learn more about the benefits of taking the PSAT, please click here.

Based on College Board guidance and group size protocols, this PSAT administration will be offered to interested Grade 11 students only. The PSAT 10 (PSAT for Grade 10 students) will have testing windows available later in Spring 2021 and will not be part of the January administration. There will be a $17 testing fee for the assessment and fee waivers from the College Board are also available. Information on fee waivers can be found here.

Please note that not all Grade 11 students are required to take the PSAT. It is only being offered if you are interested. We are also planning to offer the SAT School Day in spring 2021 for Grade 11 students. For the PSAT, interested Grade 11 students, students seeking SAT practice and official score reporting, and students interested in National Merit are encouraged to register.

If you are interested in taking the PSAT, please fill out the Google Form here.
