All Eastern 8th graders are invited to the 8th Grade Dance to celebrate their promotion to high school! In order to attend, a parent or guardian must complete the form below to indicate how you will be getting home after the Dance and to acknowledge important school policies. Dance tickets will be sold during period 5 and 6 lunches on May 31 and June 1st. You must bring this form completed in order to buy a ticket. There is a suggested $5 donation for tickets.
