Journey Through Africa – April 22, 2022

We are excited to be having the in-school field trip, Journey Through Africa for all our 7^th grade students on Friday, April 22^nd. This experience will allow our students to connect the African culture in multiple content areas as they utilize the Learner Profile attributes to build their own cultural understanding. All 7^th grade students will participate in this event and the permission slip allows students to eat the authentic African lunch buffet. The cost for this experience is $10.00 and can be paid by cash, check, or through our online payment system. Permission slips and payment are due back by Thursday, April 7^th and should be given to 1^st period teachers or a 7^th grade team leader. Students should have received their permission slip from their World Studies teacher, but extras are available in the Main Office, 7^th Grade Team Room, and linked in this message.

Additionally, we would love some parent volunteers to help support with the serving of our lunch buffet. Please sign-up here if you are available!
