     Outdoor Education Information

    New Immunization Requirements for Students Entering Grade 7 for 2021-2022

    All students entering 7th grade are required to have two vaccinations -  a Tdap (Tetanus diphtheria and pertussis) and a Meningococcal (MCV4) vaccine  - by the first day of 7th grade.  Many students will have annual physicals and also have to report their latest Tetanus vaccination for Outdoor Education during 6th grade.  Therefore, we highly recommend taking your child to the pediatrician during 6th grade to ensure they have the proper vaccinations and getting an updated vaccination record from the doctor so that they can turn it in directly to the Health Room.

    Summer Orientation for Newly Enrolled Students at Cabin John 

    There are several welcome opportunities for students and parents transitioning to middle school.

    • 6th Grade Only Mini Day:  Thursday, August 25 from 8:15 – 12:00 PM
