Naviance is used for both Career and College planning.  Grade 10 will do Career Interest Profiler and Career Cluster Finder Survey with Counseling Staff in the Spring.  Grade 11 will learn how to search for and research colleges online.

Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery.
Information and practice questions for the ASVAB can be found here.  This is a free multi-aptitude test battery that allows students to identify different abilities and to compare test performance to that of other students at their grade level (recommended for Gr 11 & 12). The ASVAB is administered at Blake in mid-November each school year. Sign up in the Blake Career Center at least one week in advance.  ASVAB scores will be interpreted about two weeks after taking the test.
