The National Aquarium Field Trip

Students had the opportunity to tour the aquarium at their own pace. During the tour they touched jellyfish, sting rays, and starfish, observed sharks, turtles and many other sea creatures in their natural habitat, and watched dolphins as they were trained. The Medieval Times Field Trip

 Students learned about chivalry and the life of a knight as they watched an entertaining and educational show that took them back in time to experience what life as a knight was like. Please click here for pictures


The International Spy Museum Field Trip

 Students participated in the “Forensics of Espionage” workshop in which they used real FBI forensic equipment to examine evidence, make recommendations, and use the scientific method to determine the identity of a fictional double agent. Students also got to tour the museum, which showed them tools used by spies and featured exhibits about James Bond in which they got to try a hanging in the wind simulation to see if they could hold on just like in the movies. Please click here for pictures  


The Zava Zone Field Trip

 Students engaged in a variety of physical activities that were simultaneously challenging and rewarding. They began with trampoline dodgeball and tested their agility and endurance in an obstacle course. They faced their fears with encouragement from their classmates as they challenged themselves to climb to the top of a wall and attempted many different high ropes course elements. Please click here for pictures
