Welcome to Bel Pre Elementary School, a beautiful place to learn and grow! Serving over 580 young scholars, Bel Pre is a premier primary school that exemplifies Early Childhood Education. Classrooms are developmental in nature, allowing students to engage, construct and experiment with instructional materials for the development of physical, cognitive, and social domains. Development of positive self-esteem is essential and directly affects students' learning. At Bel Pre, we nurture students' self-esteem by providing experiences of success and promoting a climate of trust and affection. We are very proud of our school. We feel we provide a climate which is highly conducive to learning. We have a highly skilled group of very hard working persons who value each child and provide opportunities to make each student successful.
Principal - Ms. Dara Brooks
With Bel Pre’s history of rich early childhood education, I find it a privilege to serve such a warm and diverse community of students, educators and families who set high expectations for all students to achieve. As the principal, my main goal is to ensure that every student has access to the highest quality of education possible in a safe and supportive learning environment. Working together as a team with our exceptional staff and parents, I am committed to helping each student achieve their very best, as every student is valued and worthy of our best effort.
Vice Principal - Dr. Sookhee Plotkin
As the assistant principal my daily goal is to ensure the safety and the opportunity to learn and succeed for all students through differentiated instruction, including enrichment and acceleration, in a culturally equitable learning environment. It is my honor to serve Bel Pre's diverse students, staff, families, and community members. I will continue to work with our Bel Pre families to achieve the common goal of our students' safety and success in academic, social, and emotional growth, grounded on our mutual respect and trust.
