Beall Elementary School

March 16-March 24 is our Kindergarten Registration Week. 

During Registration Week, stop by the main office between 10:00 and 4:30 to submit registration documents.  On Tuesday and Thursday, documents can be dropped-off as early as 7:30 AM.  On Wednesday, March 18, documents can be dropped-off as late as 7:30 PM.  It is recommended that you avoid arrival (8:30-9:30 am) and dismissal (3:15-3:45 pm) times.  Please bring copies of all required documents.  Documents that must be submitted include:

• Registration forms (see above)
• Your child’s Birth Certificate or Passport (must be 5 years old by September 1).
• Parent/guardian’s identification with picture (license or passport)
• Proof of residency within Beall boundaries.
  • Homeowners- copy of current property tax bill or settlement papers
  • Renters- copy of lease (less than a year old). If the lease is more than a year old, you will also need to provide a copy of a current utility bill.
  • If you live with another family member or friend (shared housing), you must provide and have notarized the Shared Housing Disclosure (MCPS Form 335-74). In addition, you must provide a copy of the current tax bill or lease to the residence, plus 3 other supporting documents verifying your residency at this address.
