With the holidays fast approaching, the MCPS Employee Assistance Program has a few basic tips for managing the stress we can all feel this time of year.

  • Avoid burnout: prioritize activities that bring you joy and help you emotionally recharge.
  • Get fresh air and sunlight, which will help you relax and lift your mood.
  • Get enough sleep.
  • Add movement into your day.
