Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) retirees and other former employees can contact the Employee and Retiree Service Center (ERSC) through an online service portal: ERSC Connect. Through ERSC Connect, you can send a request, ask a question, and read about benefits and retirement matters online. ERSC staff continue to answer telephone and email requests.
Visit the ERSC home page or the ERSC Contacts for Retirees web page and follow the link to the ERSC Connect web page. From there, click log in to ERSC Connect to get started. Log-in instructions are available on the log-in screen, which also includes a link to the ERSC Connect Support Guide.
