Flexible Spending Account Cards for New Enrollees Delayed

Employees who newly enrolled in a flexible spending account (FSA) last fall may not have received their cards yet. Due to COVID-19, the vendor that produces them is experiencing delays in having the cards printed and mailed. Their staff are working diligently to get the cards in the mail as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, new FSA members are asked to create an account with Benefit Strategies and file claims for reimbursement online while they wait for their cards to arrive.
