The My current benefits screen provides you with a statement of your MCPS benefits and Wellness Initiatives participation status. After you log in to My current benefits*, the screen defaults to current calendar year information.
To confirm benefits elected during Open Enrollment and your Wellness Initiatives participation status for the NEXT calendar year—
After Open Enrollment, log in to My current benefits* and change the effective date at the top left of the screen to January 1 of the next year. Click Continue.**
To confirm changes for the remainder of the current calendar year—
Log in to My current benefits and change the effective date at the top left of the screen to a future date within the current calendar year. Click Continue.** You should see upcoming changes to your benefits as a result of a qualifying life event (e.g., birth of a child/adoption, marriage/divorce, change in work status).
It may take up to a month for current-year changes to appear.

*Logging in to My current benefits from a remote location requires that you first securely log in to the MCPS network via Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD), Virtual Private Network (VPN), or Terminal Services Gateway (TSGateway).
